Project Manager

Homes is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

​​​

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet company standards.

  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors for efficient project flow.

  • Manage material deliveries, inventory, and logistics.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  • Maintain clean and organized job sites.

  • Resolve on-site issues with timely solutions.

  • Communicate project updates and challenges to the office team.

  • Enforce safety measures on all job sites.

  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines.

  • Handle minor repairs or coordinate maintenance for rental properties.

  • Coordinate permits and inspections with municipalities.

  • Operate light equipment for landscaping and grading.

  • Conduct property showings and final walkthroughs for buyers.

 

Qualifications:​

 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, leading and managing complex residential development projects.

  • PMP certification is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members,

  • subcontractors, and senior leadership.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, adapting communication styles to different audiences.

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices in planning, design, and construction operations.

  • A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, with measurable results.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, anticipating challenges and implementing effective contingency plans.

  • Knowledge of construction and build-out practices is considered an asset.
