Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warranty Service Technician / Handyman to handle minor warranty service requests for our newly built homes. This role requires someone with a broad skill set in home maintenance and finishing work, who can respond promptly, professionally, and flexibly to homeowner concerns.

Responsibilities

​

• Perform small repairs and touch-ups related to builder warranty claims 

• Coordinate with our office team to schedule and complete warranty service requests efficiently.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners while on-site or contractors

• Provide updates and documentation of completed work.

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman, carpenter, or construction service technician.

• Broad knowledge of residential home finishing and repair work.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Good communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Flexibility to handle service requests on short notice.

• Own tools and reliable transportation required.
